Company Background

Established in 1984, MoneyWare Inc. specializes in providing investment consulting services to financial institutions. The company is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) as an investment counsellor and portfolio manager. In 1995, MoneyWare Inc. spun off a sister company, MoneyWare Ltd. to commercialize its proprietary portfolio optimization software. The software is used today by many leading North American financial institutions. In March 2002, MoneyWare Ltd. was acquired by Cognicase Inc. (now CGI Group Inc.).
