As of May 31, 2006 we are pleased to announce that MoneyWare Inc. has been acquired by Perimeter Financial Corp. (www.pfin.ca). Perimeter Financial Corp. develops technology solutions for the financial services industry, including institutional investors, investment dealers and reporting issuers. It provides a suite of services in asset management, record keeping and reporting. It also operates two on-line marketplaces - BlockBook™ for the Canadian equity block market and CBID™ for the Canadian fixed income and futures market.
